SEXY Water Recipe: Tasty (And Beautiful) Pre-Meal Water Ideas

Yes. Drink your water.

I’ll be honest, I hate plain water. It’s a chore for me to get it down. I tried the ‘bad for you’ sweeteners that you add in with the well-documented poison aspartame. Ewwww.

What I do like is color and variety! I found that if I put the water in a sexy glasses and added some sliced fruit, I felt fancy and guzzled it all down like a truck driver. Excellent.

If you’re not much of a healthy person who likes to drink plain water (like me) or need your water to be more appealing to your senses here are five delicious (and beautiful looking) fruit combos to add to your large glass of water:

  • slices of lemon & ginger

  • slices of strawberries & orange

  • slices of apple & a cinnamon stick

  • chopped pineapple & mango

  • blueberries & raspberries

TIP: You can buy a bag (or several bags) of frozen chopped fruit and throw those into your cup, thermos, or uber-cool mason jar in the morning. They’re already washed and cut and will help keep your water colder longer. Sparkling water works great too! Make sure there’s no sugar, or it will cause a big shift in blood sugar! Yikes!
